I Manifested £2207 in Five Days - Using Colour Frequencies
Abundance is everywhere - you just gotta tune in
Five days.
That’s how long it took for me to manifest £2207.
I didn’t win the lottery (don’t play it), be given it by a wealthy family member (don’t have any), or sell feet pics (thought about it).
No, what I did do was consciously tune into the frequency of abundance — using the energy of colour. In this case, two very specific colours: green and gold.
You’re probably thinking “That sounds like utter boo-hockey”—but hear me out. This isn’t about saying a few affirmations and hoping for the best. It’s about shifting your inner state and fully embodying what you desire, so your outer world matches it.
Abundance isn’t just about money
Most people hear the word abundance, and immediately think of stacks of cash. But you can be abundant in more ways than one. It’s the feeling of having more than enough—whether that’s money, opportunities, ideas, or love…anything you want.
But when it comes specifically to moolah, a lot of us say we’re ready for more while secretly operating from scarcity mode:
Worrying there’s not enough to go around.
Doubting our worthiness to receive.
Clinging to what we have instead of trusting more will flow in.
(Disclaimer: I have worked hard to reprogram my subconscious beliefs around money over the last year or so. You’ve got to get the foundations laid first. And if you need some help with that, get in touch.)
In this instance, colour was simply a tuning fork. It’s a fast frequency fixer. It helps you to connect to your emotions. When you surround yourself with certain colours, you can change the way you think, feel, and behave—and that, in turn, changes what you attract.
The magic of green and gold
In colour psychology and energetic work, green is the colour of heart-centred openness and receptivity. It’s linked to nature, growth, and luck. Green says, “There’s plenty more where that came from.”
Gold, on the other hand, is the colour of wealth, luxury, success, and wholeness. It carries the energy of worthiness — as in, “Of course I deserve the good shit.” It’s abundant confidence in visual form.
When you combine green and gold, something interesting happens:
Green opens the heart to let abundance to flow in.
Gold amplifies and stabilises it.
It’s like pairing lush, fertile land (green) with the richest sunlight (gold)— everything grows faster and better.
My abundance experiment
So how the fuck do you tune your energy?
I spent a whole day basking in the energy of green and gold, metaphorically and literally. The beauty of this ‘method’ is that you don’t really have to do anything—it’s more about conscious awareness. These are the four key steps that I took:
Set the intention
Let it go (release attachment to outcome)
Pay attention to the signs
Live from the end
And here’s how that played out IRL (you might wanna go for a wee, grab a cuppa and get comfy at this point):
I consciously decided to feel abundant by connecting to the energy of green and gold. I didn’t specify an amount of money, instead I focussed on the emotions of what it means to me to be wealthy. Wearing my green and gold kaftan helped me embody those emotions. Intention set.
I let it go by getting on with my day. This is a crucial step. By not attaching to how money would arrive I opened the way for the Universe to work its magic. We can get so caught up in trying to force outcomes but often the best thing to do is surrender and trust.
At this point things started getting freq-y.
I met my friend for a coffee and as we were chatting I casually mentioned that I’d decided it’s time I started wearing gold jewellery. I’ve only ever worn silver but this no longer feels in alignment with my highest, most abundant self—silver says I’m accepting second best.
This is the kind of subtle mindset shift that lets the Universe know you’re open to more and it starts rearranging things accordingly.
We were browsing in a cute little boutique and a necklace caught my eye. It was gold with four little green stones.
“It’s like a four leaf clover!” I exclaimed, joyfully. Sign number one.
I knew I wanted it but part of me was saying I shouldn’t be spending money on jewellery when I don’t have anything coming in. Then, just as I was trying to justify it, the alarm on my friend’s phone went off. She pulled it out and showed me.
It was her manifestation alarm. The time? 11:11am. Sign number two.
I bought the necklace, thereby letting the Universe know I had acknowledged and understood the message it was sending me.
Step number four is the really fun part. Living from the end essentially means ‘acting as if’ (but I don’t really like that term). It’s assuming the feeling of your wish fulfilled and acting from that state of being, experiencing the joy and satisfaction of your desires as if they are present or have already happened.
We spent the afternoon browsing upmarket stores, creating future memories by ‘remembering’ things that we wanted to manifest: “Oh my god, this dress is exactly like the one I wore for my incredibly successful healing retreat in Santorini!!” (her), and planning for future events with certainty: “I’m looking for something to wear for my talk at the Mindvalley Manifesting Summit,” (me).
Living from the end means that you are certain of the outcome. In a sense you’re not trying to create it because it has already happened. It’s already your reality.
The result
The next day I woke up to a notification saying that I had been mentioned in The Substack Post.
I didn’t even know what it was so I looked it up and saw that my painting (that I had posted as a Note the week before) had been featured and used as the cover image.
“That’s a nice surprise,” I thought and went about my day.
Then the magic happened:
I gained a bunch of new subscribers
Traffic to my art website went through the roof
I got several messages asking if the painting was for sale
Over the next five days I sold four paintings and booked in a colour reading.
You might say that I simply got lucky but I believe by tuning into the energy of green I opened myself up to receive abundance. With gold I allowed myself to feel worthy of it.
This is how powerful a tool colour can be for changing your inner state.
Try it yourself
If you want to experiment with your own abundance frequency, here’s a simple challenge:
Pick your colours — Green and gold are my go-tos, but you can choose whatever feels rich and expansive to you.
Surround yourself with them — Clothes, décor, screensavers, candles, flowers, etc.
Follow the four step process — Use your colours as an anchor to keep your energy aligned.
Track all forms of abundance that show up over a week—money, gifts, compliments, opportunities. You might be surprised how quickly things start to flow.
Come back and comment on this post to let me know what you manifest!
Fade to black
You don’t need to be special or gifted to work with colour this way. And it’s not something you need to ‘believe in’. Colour impacts all of us and it speaks directly to your subconscious, bypassing any overthinking or logical analysis.
It’s a feeling. And—shout out to Neville Goddard—feeling is the secret.
Kx

I think I’m going for green and gold artwork this week (with a side of grounding)
And I am one of the people who found you through that Substack painting! I love your art, but I’m not much of a believer in manifestation — I’m more of a “you get what you work for” person. But, I do believe that we see and experience what we look for. So I choose to look for beauty and kindness in this world and there is so much more of both of those around us than we usually realize. Blessings on you for being a part of that!
